Refund and Returns Policy – SunSip Beverages Vietnam

 

Overview

At SunSip Beverages Vietnam, our Refund and Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

⚠️ Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (food, drinks, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with visible signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or video games

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company (sometimes delays occur).

  • Then contact your bank (refund posting may take time).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

Please send your return to: 

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.

  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance for expensive items.
