In 2026, the journey titled “Stand Together, Shine Together” took the SunSip team to two inspiring destinations in Vietnam: Nha Trang, a coastal city bathed in golden sunshine, and Da Lat, a highland town wrapped in cool mountain mist — over 4 days and 3 nights.
One Team, One Spirit

Close coordination across departments — from production to sales and marketing — has been key to the company’s continued growth in international partnerships. This year’s trip gave the whole team a chance to step away from daily responsibilities, reflect on a year of hard work, and recharge for the road ahead.

Nha Trang: Waves and Team Spirit
The first leg of the journey brought the team to Nha Trang, where beachside teambuilding games sparked laughter across the whole group. From physical challenges and collaborative tasks to relaxed moments by the shore, each activity was designed to build camaraderie and reinforce the spirit of moving forward together.
In the afternoon, against a backdrop of floating rafts and surrounding mountains by the bay, the team gathered for a group photo under the “Stand Together Shine Together” banner — the guiding message of this year’s trip.
In the evening, the team came together for a warm Gala Dinner, filled with games, performances, and internal entertainment that brought energy and connection across every generation present — from managers to the children who joined their parents on the trip.
Da Lat: Unwinding Amid Highland Nature
Leaving the vibrant energy of the coast behind, the journey continued to Da Lat, where the cool climate and rolling hills offered a completely different experience. The team explored Pataland tourist area, strolled through pine-covered hills, and captured group photos against a backdrop of terraced fields and layered mountain ranges — scenery unique to this highland town.
The fresh air and slower pace of Da Lat gave team members space to talk and connect beyond meetings and deadlines — helping build the kind of mutual understanding and trust that carries over into daily work.
